Today the lesson was at Sangubashi. I ran into Tomoko-san in the bathroom, and one of the chugakusei who hadn’t come in a long time, who we heard excitedly telling the others that she had run into us. LOL
I went out to wait with everyone, and through the door I could see the ZinRye boys…including Yuuta! Yay! Yuuta was in class today. His hair is very long now, it touches his shoulders, and his bangs are like nose level and parted in the middle, and his hair flips up at the ends. At one point he was wearing his towel wrapped like a ribbon hairdo, and it looked ever funnier now that his hair is longer, and his bangs were sticking out of it.
Anna-san cut her hair yesterday, and it is short again, chin-legnth, and a bit curly. I told her it looked cute. She said ‘Sou desu ka?’. She told us she was going to grow out her bangs, but then she realized that having bangs made her look younger, so she decided to keep them. Anna-san started to say ‘Alright everyone! Time for exercises!’ in her loud, cheerful MC voice, but cut herself off with a regular voiced ‘Ooh! Tae-chan! Long time no see!’ catching sight of a girl who hadn’t come in a long time. We all laughed, and then she got up and resaid her Exercise speech.
So anyway, I personally think that the shorter hair makes her look older, and I like it longer better, but oh well. Today she was wearing her skin tight belly button bearing black tank-top, and baggy black pants, so I was happy. Her legs looked very long today for some reason. But I wanted her shirt to be cut higher on her stomach. From a perfectly aesthetical point of view. LOL right before we started exercises, I saw Atsushi laughing with a huge un-Atsushi-like grin, and I looked back, and sure enough, Yuuta was making faces and acting wild. It was my first AtsuYuu slash moment in a long time, and it made me very happy. Only, I had to stop myself from thinking bad thoughts about Anna-san, damn hip and butt rotating exercises. LOL During an exercises when we had to bend over to one side, Namio grinned at me, and gave me the peace sign.
Anyway, so we did Beat, for the first time since I got back from the US. The songs we did were ‘Lady Marmalade’ and ‘the Rhythm of the Night’. It was a lot of fun, like Beat always is, and at one point I looked over and caught Anna-san’s eye when she was dancing, and she grinned at me.
Then we did Yagyuden. Anna-san had ZinRye teach Tae-chan the dance. Well, Namio and Atsushi, because Yuuta didn’t know it either, so he watched to learn it. Well, mostly Atushi because Namio, who was supposed to know it, didn’t know parts of it, which Anna-san scolded him for again.
Today there was very few members. In my group there was only Aman-chan, and Uchida-san really.
We learned a new part where we have to get into 8 rows, and each rows does a pose in turn, and it goes like a domino effect. It is very cool, and Anna-san just looked so cool doing the most subtle poses! I am row 7, and at first my pose was a pose where I had to throw my head back and my arms out. My knee was hurting, so I had pulled up my pants to see if it bruised. It was just red, but it probably will be bruised. Who knew knees were so tender. But then we were starting, so I had to quickly stamp my leg to get my pant leg to come back down, and Anna-san laughed and said ‘Daijoubu?’ I nodded, and then she laughed some more and told me, ‘A-chan, move back a little farther.’, so I did. But then my pose got changed when we lined up in a full line so Anna-san could check how it looked, because everyone laughed at me because my pose stuck out, and Yuuta and Namio said I looked like a dead person. Yumiko-san came over to help me do it so it looked better, but I was cracking up so much I couldn’t really do it. Meanwhile, Anna-san was going around and changing some of the poses. Then she came to me, and stood there, thinking of what to do. I just watched her. (More like drunk her in with my eyes, but…) I wished that I could touch her. So I said there gazing at her and wanting to touch her, and finally she had thought of the pose, which she taught to me. Then Namio came along and showed me how to do it again. Namio stood happened to be standing in front of the mirror, when we tried these poses out, so Anna-san scolded him, ‘Namio! I can’t see myself!’, so he moved over, and now someone else couldn’t see. So he moved over to cover everyone’s view, and Anna-san shooed him away with mock anger.
Then we went back into our real positions, and practiced. We are almost down with the dance! Anna-san said we will probably finish next class. It’s exciting!
At one part, Namio was being his usual goofy self, while Anna-san was trying to talk, and she said ‘Mou!’ in a annoyed tone that reminded me of Michiru LOL, and but then she smiled. Then we all bowed and said ‘Otsukare-sama!’.
Then I went over with the piano with Fukuda-san so she could show me how to get to the party on Sunday, and Anna-san and ZinRye were there talking about the party, and AtsuYuu were very surprised to learn that it was a costume party, Atsushi kind of jumped back, and Yuuta had a shocked face. (Yuuta had his shirt over his head, with just his towel wrapped head sticking out, like a turtle. It was so funny). Anna-san said that Maiko-san is coming to the party!! Yay!!!
After Anna-san finished going over the dance a bit with Tae-chan and another chuugakusei, I asked if she had brought my cassette of the music. She hid her face in her bag and said ‘Gomen nasai!!’ with a big apologetic smile on her face, because she forgot, again, which I had expected. LOL
As I walked into the bathroom, Tomoko-san said that Yuuta had been changing in the lesson room. I was sorry I had missed it, and said so. Uchida-san laughed. Waa. I wanted to see Yuuta change. Because his tattoo is cool! And stuff. LOL
I really wanted Anna-san to mention my hair, cuz it was all in pin curls and stuff, after class, but she didn’t, because she was deep in conversation with ZinRye, which was sad. Then Fukuda-san and some of the others were getting together to plan the dance for the Halloween party, which I’m not in because it as too hard ot get it together, and I’m wearing a kimono, and so can’t really dance. But Fukuda-san assured me that for the Christmas party we’re doing a little musical show, which I will get to be in. But still it made me feel kinda left out.
When I was walking back to the station though, I ran into Aman-chan, and Tomo-chan and Tomoko-san and Namio-kun. Aman-chan kept saying she was hungry, so Namio asked if she wanted to go to McDonalds. So Namio, Aman-chan and me, invited by Namio, decided to go to McDonalds, but it was closed. So we decided to go to the one in Shinjuku, along with Tomo-chan. Tomoko-san had to go home. So, Namio told us a story about when BB was in Korea for a show, and the translator had suddenly said ‘Ah! It’S her birthday! Namio, do something!’, but Namio hadn’t wanted to because everyone was there, and he had thought that he had finally gotten her to forget about it, and Anna-san had just congratulated on getting out of that one well when the woman had said ‘Namio! What are you going to do!’, so he had sung some comic song, and then we walked out into the dark flashing Shinjuku night, with all the drunken men, and hot hosts, and drag queens in wedding dresses, and posters for scary strip clubs and peep shows with girls dressed like high school girls, and one called something like ‘Sexual Harassment OL Office’. Namio also told us that one day he and AtsuYuu when drinking in Shinjuku, and Atsushi and Yuuta (not Namio, even tho he was with them) got approached to become hosts! But Namio said they weren't cut out for it because they aren't friendly or chatty or approachable to people they don't know. Namio said that his friend worked part time at a bar around here, and would give us free food and it was really cheap, so we ended up going there. They really did give us free food, and it really was cheap. It was good too. I have a cassis milk, lots of water, and we ate a ton of food. Namio is a lot of fun, which you could guess from his comedic antics. He and I spent most of the time ‘teasing’ Aman-chan, who was in between us, because she is so tiny and cute and the same age as Namio (22), and looks like a high schooler, and barely ate anything, and didn’t drink. So we patted her on the head, and called her cute a thousand times, and just teased her in general, and it was a lot of fun, and I got to be pseudo mean and caustic and pat her a lot and nudge her and generally do a lot of stuff that was really flirting and acting ‘manly’, but that no one noticed as such. (Or though I was drunk if they did, I suppose), and Namio was a great conversation partner for this. He’s a lot of fun, and we were a pretty good team, I think. At one point Namio pretended to be cute, which was really funny, and then he launched into a story about when he was in 3rd year of Junior High, and he and Takeshi had crossed dressed for a parody show where they sang D&D’s ‘rememebering yesterday’, and how he had worn a mini skirt, and the wind blew it up, and loose socks, and Wakane-san and Nana-san did his make up and how he had looked just like his little sister. He told how they had been singing and dancing, and all of a sudden he realized that Makino-sensei was watching through the fence, and he was like ‘Ack! Takeshi , it’s the Principal! What do we do!’ cuz Makino-sensei hates parody lives, but all they could do was keep performing, and at one part they got water thrown on them as part of the dancing in water parody, and it was freezing. I asked what Anna-san thought, and he said that she had been cracking up the whole time, and that she had been the one who had made them cross-dress. LOL Anyway, it was all a lot of fun, and I couldn’t believe that we were out drinking with Namio (man does he put away the beer!), but in a way it was normal, which just goes to show how fun and easy Namio is to hang out with. I’m glad we went, cuz now I feel like know Namio better now, which makes Love Junx even that much more fun. If only Anna-san had been there. If only…
On the other hand, it might not have been as fun in the same kind of way, cuz I would have been so happy and nervous and desparate for her to notice me and talk to me.
So I guess it’s good. Namio is the third person who had told me my hair is like Rika-chan doll hair. ^^;

 
Yesterday:
I finally met up with Kou at around 2, in front of the Starbucks in Shibuya. I was suprised to see that his hair is black now, and pretty long, about to his chin, maybe, although he had a baseball cap on (sideways). He was also wearing his jean riders jacket that I remembered from NY.
Kou said that he had a present for me, but he (of course) forgot it in Okinawa. It is a special t-shirt from the B.B WAVES tour that only staff members got -not fans, or students, only members of B.B, and so he's actually not supposed to give it to me, but he is. (Later he warned me not to wear it to LoveJunx, because Anna-san would know.)
We ate pasta in Harajuku, and Kou showed me pictures, (one with Namichin, smiling her fantastic smile, which I almost wanted to ask for but didn't), and took his hat off, and I found out that his hair was pulled back in the front, and he has bright red extentions which I thought looked very cool,but he said we a nuisance.
We talked about Mystic, and Wakane and Namichin in general, and Kou told me that they are going to have a new single out in Dec, called 'Love Hustle', and that he did the choreography for the dance, because Wakane-san personally asked him to, which is very cool! I asked him if they were going to release the songs on the sampler as full songs, but he said probably not, but maybe if they debut non-Indies-ly. I told him about how much I had enjoyed Mystic's Live, and he said that Wakane would be very happy.
I finally got around to telling him about how I was in Anna-san's new school, and he asked some questions about it like what we do, and how many people there are, who does the choreography, etc. He also told me not to tell her that I saw him.
Then we went to Karaoke. It was a lot of fun. It was definately an experience going karaoke with a student from Actor's! He definately has the Actor's style about him - that powerful direct from your gut singing style , and that aura of loving to sing: he stood up for every song, used his hands to count the beat and whatever else it is singers do when they're gesturing with their arms (LOL), and sang with such a joyful, absorbed expression. And although his notes werent always right and his key was off sometimes, you could tell that his voice was trained. For example, he can hold notes for an incredibly long time. I just stared at him with my mouth open the first time he did it,and then asked him how he did it, and he just said that you just projected. ('dasu yo'), and that I could do it too. Which didn't particularly help me. LOL. I've asked Maiko-san about this too, but she hasn't answered. Maybe I should ask Anna-san some time. Anyway, Kou said that it was amazing how I could sing Japanese songs, and I sounded just like a Japanese person. He also told me (twice I think) that I had a very pretty voice. (sugoku kireina koe) Which I was very happy to hear, coming from an Actor's student. I sang my fav song from Issa's album, and Kou said he'd never heard it before and that it was awesome (saikou) to hear it from me. Kou sang the R Kelly song 'The World's Greatest', which Kiyoka had sung at A Live, and mused on why it was such a wonderful song. Together we sang 'Sekai dake hitotsu no hana', 'You are the one', and 'Cherry' which is a song by Spitz I believe. Sometimes when we sang together, we would look at each other while we sang, both of us with huge grins, and it was so much fun, because I really felt like we were connecting, in an Actor's like way, through the music, esp when we sang the 'I want to meet you one more time, somewhere' line in the cherry song. It was so much fun.
Later, when we were waiting for his phone to charge at the Docomo center, we talked about LoveJunx some more. He asked how Anna-san was, and I told him that she's doing very well, and that he should go see her. But he told me that he can't, because Makino is angry at Anna-san, and told the members of B.B Waves and the Dream Planets not to see Anna-san, or contact her. I tried to impress about him how different and how much happier Anna-san is now, and told him I thought it was stupid of Makino to forbid everyone to see Anna-san just because he is angry at her. Kou was quick to tell me that the regular students are allowed to contact Anna-san if they want, and 'The Principal isn't doing it because he's mad at Anna-san, he doesn't want BB and the Planets to see Anna-san because of the horrible things she did to them.', and that he told them that it's their own choice whether to contact her or not. Kou also said that Makino doesn't want the members to contact Anna-san because Anna-san will try to get them to come over to LoveJunx (like Maiko, Namio and AtsuYuu did) , but that he told them that if they wanted to go to Anna-san's school (instead), they could, and it wouldn't hurt him or anything. Kou said that he himself wants to know how Anna-san is doing, and misses her, so he will maybe contact her in December. He told me that Wakane will never ever contact Anna-san. I asked him why, but he said he didn't know, but that Wakane-san had said so herself. He also said that he couldn't really go to LoveJunx because Yuuta and Atsushi were there and it was akward, because they had quit Actor's. He said that as long as Anna-san was happy, and doing well, and as long as I was having fun at Hyper, that it was all good. I explained to him how at first I hadn't wanted to go to see Mystic because I go to LoveJunx, but how I had, because I wanted to see Wakane-san (and Namichin), and how glad I had been that I went.
When he got his phone back, he tried to send me one of the photos of Wakane-san he had showed me on his phone, but it was too old, so the link expired, so you can't send it to other people. I was disappointed. But he said he would e-mail 'Neychin' for me, and when she sent him a new picture, he'd send it straight on to me.
And when we got coffee afterwards, I tried to explain about how I had felt so connected to Namichin, when she smiled at me and all of that, and he said that that was a very good thing.
We talked about what we wanted to do after school, and he thought my dream was very cool, and really understood when I explained about the wanting to help people, and leave something concrete for my efforts. He said that he wants to be dance, and be a choreographer, and go to L.A.
In the station, Kou said that he was so glad that we got to see each other, because it was so much fun, and that we would be best friends forever, and that we always had to call, and e-mail, and keep in touch. He also said how glad he was to be able to take me out and show me around Tokyo, and repay all my kindness in N.Y.
We hugged, and then waved all the way until I had to turn the stairs to go to my platform.

 
Today was our 2 hour long Hyper class, so we could spend half of it on the group dances. I met up with Yayoi-san and then we ended up meeting up with Nori-chan at the conbini. We also ended up being about 15 minutes late for class. Finally we figured out it was in the Box, and went up there to see the class already practicing Yagyugaiden, Anna-san in the back facing the door. She smiled as we came in. I hurried and got in my place, and it was another lesson of the dance steps over and over. We keep starting from the beginning and going through everything each class pretty much, because there?fs always people that haven?ft done it ever, but I don?ft mind because it helps me polish each step and make sure I?fm doing it right, and plus we get a little further in the dance everytime. And it?fs so much fun. I love the song, I love the dance, it?fs great. This time there was a new girl next to me, who introduced herself to me at the break as Aman-chan. When we got to the part where Namio had made the poses for us, he forgot that he had, and Anna-san complained, ?eYou made the poses last time, Namio! Remember??f Namio: I did? Anna-san shook her head and laughed, giving him a push. ?eYou did! You made them up!!?f Finally Namio remembered the poses, but he kept getting the timing wrong, earning him more playful (?) pushes from Anna-san, who looked at him and said ?eAre you serious? Or are you fooling around.?f So finally Anna-san had to show us all the right timing. LOL When Anna-san mentioned again how our poses we make up for the one part should be karate-like, etc ?eMr. USA?f always starts playing in my head. LOL
After we finished our work on Yagyuden (we got really far this time! We?fre all the way to the floaty romantic-ish interlude!)
Then we all got in our groups to work on our group dances. My group is the Tanoshii (Happy) group, which consists of Emi-chan, Tomo-chan, Iori-chan, Nanami-chan, Ha-chan, and some other people I don?ft remember, but we all went around and said our names, and how old we were, and it was decided that I was the leader because I was the old. (Emi-chan being second, as she is 20). So we all spent a fruitless time (after being scolded by Anna-san to start our discussion, since we were fooling around), trying to figure out what song we should do. Anna-san stretched and chatted to Namio and then floated around each group. She came to ours and told us if we wanted to we could play a song on the MD player. I nodded and said ?ehai?f, cuz no one else seemed to be listening, and indeed, I had to tell everyone what she had just said. Finally Emi-chan suggested we listen to the Ritmo song we do beat to, so we went over and asked Anna-san if we could listen do it, and she smiled and said of course, and put it on for us. Her Minidiscs were all labeled in English (Beat 1:Unusual, etc). Her ?et?fs are very cute. They actually look like the t?fs in this font, with the curly tail. So we sat down, and listened to the song. Anna-san?fs notebook was in front of me, so I looked at it as I listened. It was on the page of the group dances, which were labeled in English as ?eFunny, Happy, Cool, and Cheer?f. My name was there in the Happy group, in the middle. But it was crossed out, which shocked me for a moment, but then it hit me that of course, I wasn?ft going to be there, so she must have crossed it out after I told her. It made me sad to see my name crossed out. So anyway, we listened to the song, which is a very good song, but not very ?efun?f, so we all sat there in silence after it was done, the funny (omoshiroi) group and the cool (kakkoii) groups laughing and chatting around us, which I felt was kind of ironic, cuz we were the tanoshii group. So finally Anna-san came and sat down with us, and suggested that we try to think of a concept, and then a song. For example, we do something like House of Love, where the song was just fun, or we could do something like Seigi no Mikata where we had a concept like a bunch of friends getting together and having fun, for example, a sleepover, and we could as wear pajamas. I don?ft think it was just me thinking about it too much that makes me say that she looked at me while she was talking a lot, just because being American, I look people in the eye when they talk, and not at the floor or whatever. Anyway, it made me happy. Then Anna-san had us go around and add and idea. I thought of a beach party, because the pajama thing reminded me of wear your pajamas to school, which reminded me of how we had beach parties in Elementary school and all brought our towels and stuff and watched movies. Some of the other ideas were karaoke (?ehow would you make that into a dance??f Anna-san wondered), school, a school field trip. Gangs was also suggested, because Anna-san teased Emi-chan for glaring at her like ?eYou want me to wear pajamas??f (said in a gangster like voice), and suggested she be a juvenile delinquint, to which I suggested gangs, like in West Side Story. LOL So we voted on what we wanted, all closing our eyes, which also reminded me of elementary school. LOL It was down to School, and Sleepover Party. We decided to do sleepover party because 1) more people voted for it and 2) And Anna-san said, and I agreed, we had already done a school thing with Seigi no Mikata. So thus commenced Emi-chan and Nanami-chan and Tomo-chan moaning about how they didn?ft want wear pajamas. Anna-san however, was very excited about the pajamas and said they would be so cute, and that if we didn?ft think we could pull of cute pjs anymore, we could wear cool, or interesting pajamas, and teasingly suggested that Emi-chan where a long see through nightgown like in Hollywood movies. Emi-chan asked if Anna-san could dance in her pajamas, and I said that Anna-san could, because she?fd already danced in a sailor suit, so after that anything was easy, and Anna-san agreed heartily, saying ?eThat?fs right!?f. She said that if Emi-chan and the other?fs didn?ft want to do the sleepover party idea, then they had to think of an even better idea, that would make all of us want to switch to it. Nanami-chan thought of a Hawaiian theme, which Anna-san said people would have to wear bikinis for, and I suggested coconut bras, which Anna-san thought was a great idea. LOL , and said ?eWouldn?ft that be worse then pajamas? It?fs be ok if the younger kids wore them, but if you older girls wore them, it?fd be pretty erotic.?f I said that they would fall down, and she laughed and agreed. Emi-chan whined to Anna-san to think of a better idea. Anna-san shook her head and said in a cute pouty voice ?eNo, because I like the pajama idea! It?fs cute!?f, and made strange funny faces, and poses and we all laughed.
As we were leaving the lesson room, I asked Anna-san about my tape, and she smiled and said she would bring it next time. She said ?edesu ka?f to me, which was weird.
I teased Tomo-chan about the pajamas, and said she should wear sexy ones, and Anna-san and I threw back a comment or two between us.
After I changed, I went to wait in the lobby with Emi-chan and Tomo-chan. Anna-san and her Okaasan were there, along with Namio, and Anna-san?fs Okaasan called me over ?eA-chan!?f to have me pay her for the Halloween party ticket, and ask if I wanted an onigiri, which she and Anna were eating. I automatically refused, but afterwards I regretted it, and wished I?fd eaten it, cuz it was an Onigiri made by Anna-san?fs okaasan. Somehow Namio got us into a discussion of gyarandou, which turns out to be the strip of hair from your chest to you belly-button (pelvis?), which turned into a conversation (by Anna-san) about Issa, and his gyarandou, and how it was all connected, and he shaved it, and the younger girls protesting they didn?ft look at men?fs gyarandous, and Anna-san asked why ever not, and saying that she did. I managed to get myself into the conversation by asking what a gyarandou was, which Anna-san said she didn?ft know where the word came from, and kind of explained with gestures. LOL
The meeting and after class made me very happy, because I got to talk to Anna in a less formal setting, and she looked at me and talked to me, and I felt like I got to show her more of my personality, and whatnot.
I ended up riding to Shinagawa with Aman-chan, who is very nice, and went to Hyper at Actor?fs in Yokohama, until she got sick and couldn?ft go, and now she goes to LoveJunx. We laughed and talked a lot about gyarandou, and I told her about how Anna-san had been so interested in Issa?fs fundoshi and shaved belly and upper thighs, etc,and said it was unexpected, and she laughed and said that she could imagine that side of Anna-san.

P.S During our meeting, while we were trying to think of things with help from Anna-san, Namio-kun was dancing to that Janet Jackson song, ?eif?f, which I did my recital to at Jazz dance in 5th grade. I had really liked that song back then, and so I sang a long to the chorus a bit. It was quite fitting actually, the lyrics I mean, what with Anna-san sitting there across from me, so I sang with the song softly, to her, although she didn?ft notice. LOL

Hee hee. Oh, also today Anna-san had on a blue t-shirt, and so did Namio so they matched, until he took his off and just wore a white tank top. Namio cut his hair, or gelled it or something,and he looked kinda sexy, which was a bit weird and un-Namio-like. After class, Anna-san just put on a navy blue sweatshirt over her shirt, and she looked for all the world like a gym teacher. If your gym teacher was young and beautiful, and Anna-san. LOL

 
My recent days.
Last night had had horrible stomach cramps and nausea and kind of drifted in and out of a very hard won sleep where I dreamed about earthquakes, and fucking Yuumin. (The earthquakes are from Okaasan telling me that her friend said there is supposed to be an earthquake (level 4) this Wed or Thurs. Which is scary, but hopefully it either won't happen or will be short, since I've been in one short level 4 earthquake before, which was kinda scary. She says her friend has an 80% accuracy record though. As for Yuumin, she one of the girls in the dorm. Very cute with very good English, but I have no clue why I dreamed about her that way.) Anyway, I woke up from my surreal dreams to go down and sweep the genkan of the dorm with my group, but afterwards I was still feeling nauseous and whatnot, so I told Kinoko I wasn7t gonna go to Speed Reading, and went back to sleep and slept until 11:30. I felt pretty much better, so I went and watched 'No news from god (No notras de dios?)', a.ka. Welcome! Heaven in Japan, a.k.a Don't tempt me (out in theatres soon) in the US. It's that Spanish movie with Penelope Cruz, where she's from Hell, and she fights for an Angel over a boxer's soul. It was a very cool movie, and I've decided that I now like Penelope Cruz a lot, and she is also very hot. (Esp. the scene where she like cross-dresses in a suit.) Then I ate bread for lunch with Mori-chan, and chatted with Yukko about Kou and Actors and whatnot, and then went to my Literary Techniques class where we talked about Naturalism vs. The White Birch method, and the teacher rambled about how dangerous it is nowadays that boys can get adult information (about sex) before they are mentally mature, which results in them not knowing what's right or wrong, or that sex is a form of communication, so they go and kidnap elementary and middle school girls like has been happening a lot recently.
Now I'm in the computer room, downloading a file, but it's only 16% done, and the computer technically is closed, altho rthere are about 5 girls in it still, so I may have to redownload it tomorrow. Speaking of tomorrow, its Tues, when I made another tentative plan to see Kou, who was supposed to come to tokyo yesteday, but I haven't heard from him, yet again, so I don7t think it's gonna happen.
Lately I've felt like I'm kind of floating in a surreal world where everything is kind of mixed together, things that happened, and emotions, and things that only happened in my head, or in books and movies. It's very strange.
